1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
2. How to Return
Contact us at wpresssh@soengsi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, sharpened, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in most cases.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or the return results from our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
